Manufactured according to IEC 61076-2-011 standard, it allows for a faster, safer and easier connection. The snap coupling allows you to have confirmation of the perfect closure by an acoustic “Click” and no torque wrench is required. This system allows a fast assembling also in the hidden corners, guaranteeing an IP67 degree of protection, due the good behavior against vibrations and shocks, it can be used in railway applications (IEC 61373:2010 compliant). The Bayonet B12 Female configuration is backwards compatible with the current M12 standard. This is proposed in all the M12 families A-code  B-code  D-code  X-code, in addition to the Min-tec distribution boxes.
